Competition Terms & Conditions

1.     To enter, entrants must follow Louma on IG and tag in who they would bring with them.

2.     Stay must take place on 31st December 2024. Check out is at 11am on 1st January 2025

3.     Alcoholic beverages not included with the prize (other than the wine pairing on New Year’s Eve).

4.     The winner is responsible for their own transport to and from Louma.

5.    Stay is based on up to two people sharing one room.

6.    Yoga class is optional. Takes place at 10am on New Year’s Day. It is not possible to change the date or time of this class

7.     The winner will be contacted by @louma_farmandretreat only. Any other account trying to message you about this competition is a scam.

8.     This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or  associated with Meta. By participating, you hereby release and hold harmless Meta from any and all liability associated with this promotion.

9.     To enter this competition, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and 18 years old or over (at the time of entry).

10.  This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Grape Vibes Limited.

11.  To enter, entrants must locate the competition post on Louma’s timeline and follow the instructions detailed in the copy.

12.  This competition will run until Sunday 15th December 2024 at 11.59pm. Entries made after this time will not be valid.

13.  The prize consists of a one night stay for up to two people (based on two people sharing one room), a five-course dinner on New Year’s Eve plus wine pairing, breakfast on New Year’s Day, plus a yoga class at 10am and a buffet lunch post-checkout on New Year’s Day.

14.  The prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold, or refunded, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

15.  The winner will be asked to provide their telephone number, email and full name, which will be used for competition purposes only. By entering this competition, we will assume that you consent to this use of your personal data.

16.  The winner will be picked at random from valid entries and contacted via DM within 3 days of the prize draw closing.

17.  The winner will have five days to respond and accept their prize. If the winner fails to respond after 24 hours of notification, this will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected and contacted in the same way

18.  The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.  Grape Vibes Limited accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted or otherwise failed entries.

20.  Grape Vibes Limited reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
