Apprenticeships
“Louma has shown me a broad spectrum of learning. Hands on experience in the Regenerative Viticulture system has given me the practical skills to tend to the vines, care for them and react to diseases, nutrient deficiencies and work machinery.
With the Vineyard Team, I attend research trips of site, such as visits to Harrow and Hope and the Viticulture and Winery Show, and on site, there is plenty to be learned and shared with other departments. I’m encouraged to grow and make mistakes as part of learning, and everyone is willing to teach.

Volunteer
Work is plentiful, especially in the summer season, and our volunteers offer ample opportunities to create symbiotic relationships, where our seasoned staff share their knowledge, and our volunteers lend us their hands and good spirits throughout Louma.
