  • Louma Dorset Lisa Craniosacral Therapy 1080

Craniosacral Therapy with Lisa

We are delighted to have Lisa offering Craniosacral Therapy for our guests at Louma.  Lisa has been interested in Craniosacral Therapy for almost, thirty years since her mid-twenties when a practitioner in London helped her finally release the pain in her back after months of struggling every day.

She would describe herself as being totally open minded, open hearted and caring, with the steady and strong belief that your body is a sea of possibility ready to find a core healthy flow in the right supportive environment.

Craniosacral therapy is a light but potent touch (over clothes) modality. Through this practice the therapist can listen carefully to the systems in your body; like a talking therapist hears your words, through their hands, a Craniosacral therapist can hear your body. A Craniosacral therapist is touching you in ways and places that can tap into your rhythms, reminding the body of resources it has, blocks that can be released, and vital connections it can make. It is your body that can do this amazing work and make these adjustments.

Some examples of issues that Lisa has had success helping with are; chronic migraines, neck pain, back pain, anxiety, held trauma, low energy levels, hormonal imbalances, and in babies; general discomfort, sleeping and feeding difficulties.
