How you breathe is fundamental to your wellbeing, being directly linked to the most influential organ in your body: your nervous system. Gaining an awareness of your breath, followed by learning to breathe better can have almost instantaneous positive effects, allowing you to truly de-stress.
Natalie will guide you in mastering how to decompress stress from your body, allowing you to truly relax during your stay at Louma; helping calm busy minds, improve sleep, authentically unwind and be present.
Natalie is a highly experienced and deeply compassionate Breathwork Science and Trauma specialist, running retreats and a busy practice in Lyme Regis. A teacher at two leading Breathwork schools, she brings a wealth of expertise to the Louma Wellbeing team.
Leveraging cutting-edge science, in a one-to-one session Natalie will create a bespoke programme that identifies your innate response to stress, anxiety, sleep, and performance. With measurable tests that expose your physiological sensitivities and vulnerabilities, she will give you a breathing strategy that directly works with your breathing mechanics, biochemistry and nervous system regulation.
We are delighted to have Lisa offering Craniosacral Therapy for our guests at Louma. This is a light but potent touch approach where, using their hands, the therapist can listen to the systems in your body, much like a talking therapist hears your words. Craniosacral therapy touches your body in ways and places that can tap into your rhythms, reminding the body of resources it has, blocks that can be released, and vital connections it can make. It is your body that can do this amazing work and make these adjustments.
Lisa became interested in Craniosacral Therapy almost thirty years ago, when in her mid-twenties a practitioner in London helped her finally release the pain in her back after months of struggling daily. As a therapist who’s totally open minded, open-hearted and caring, she strongly believes that the body is a sea of possibility, ready to find a core healthy flow in the right supportive environment.
Examples of issues that Lisa has successfully helped with include chronic migraines, neck pain, back pain, anxiety, held trauma, low energy levels, and hormonal imbalances. When working with babies she’s helped with general discomfort, sleeping and feeding difficulties.
As a qualified nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner, Rosie offers personalised consultations designed to support each guest’s individual health goals.
Whether it’s improving energy levels, addressing digestive issues, or optimizing overall well-being, her approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition, tailored meal plans, and holistic health strategies.
Guests will benefit from a bespoke service, ensuring that their unique needs are met with the highest standard of care.
