Follow the ebb and flow of your own body and breath through poses, postures, and resting positions in our regular yoga classes. Our hatha yoga classes are tailored to all experience levels, and our well-seasoned guide will offer a variety of poses to suit your ability. Flow through the class, stretch, feel your breath, ground your energy, still your mind and move your body through positions designed for a holistic experience in the setting of our Wellness Barn, or one of our pergolas, set in the natural landscape. Set yourself up for the morning with a yoga practice that is beneficial for body and mind.
