Submerge in the calming waters of the pool, bathed in natural light, swim, steam or soak, the experience is yours to have. Our Wellness Barn is home to the Fitness Suite too, for flexibility of body and spirit.
Indoor Pool and Outdoor Pool
Feel supported, weightless and unstressed in the warmth of our heated indoor pool, or enjoy the breeze, the raindrops and the choir of birdsong in our outdoor pool. Soak, paddle, stretch or swim, letting the healing power of water work its magic, rejuvenating your spirit and massaging your body as you move, or relax at the water’s edge and recline in one of our loungers with a good book.
Sauna
Still yourself in the steam and heat of the sauna. Benefit from detoxification, increased blood circulation, pain reduction and relaxation. Time spent in the sauna can aid in recovery after exercise by soothing aching muscles and relieving tension. In the same way, a visit to the sauna can help deepen sleep and promote brain health.
Fitness Suite
Our multi-functional Fitness Suite is complete with Technogym treadmills, stationary bike, skillmill and bespoke BLK BOX weights, making it the perfect place to work out, benefitting your physical and mental wellbeing. A generous floor area can be used for stretching or personal yoga. Spend time here to workout in whatever way you feel brings wellness to you. Individual and group yoga classes, are also held around the site.
Treatments
Put yourself in our hands. With treatments available from head to toe, our massage therapists use aromatherapy and oils infused with Louma-grown florals and herbs to deepen and enhance your experience. Stimulating the lymphatic system, their healing hands relieve knots and tension, improve skin tone and reduce stress. Massage benefits body and mind together and our signature treatments use natural, seasonal elements to amplify your wellness.
